THAILAND
In Thailand, Davco Construction Materials was created in October 1992.
With significant investment in manufacturing capabilities in July 2007, the business brought to the market place some of the most advanced ready-to-use mortar technology manufacturing techniques available in Asia – Pacific. On the 29th of July 2011 ParexGroup added the activity of PK Siapaison and VPO Friend to the current activity, creating a strong position in the tile adhesives and grouts segment.

ParexGroup entered Turkey in 2007 with the acquisition of Geser A.S. The company sells tile adhesive and grouts, as well as EIFS solutions.
The Group started a second unit in Kayseri, furthering its development in central Turkey. This factory produces a range of isolation mortars and adhesives.

ParexGroup in USA was established in 1986. Initially the company specialized in exterior thermal insulation market, but in 2000 the company expanded its activities by purchasing LA HABRA, the leading Californian manufacturer of exterior Stucco products.
Between 2002 and 2007, the company strengthened its position through the acquisition of four companies: El Rey Stucco (regional leader on the Stucco products market in New Mexico and Colorado), TEIFS (a major player in Texas in the exterior thermal insulation market.), Q.E.P and Merkrete. Today, ParexGroup has leading positions in 3 key segments that became the core of its activities: EIFS, Stucco and Tile Setting Materials.
