Do you have any specific management procedures that encourage an entrepreneurial business spirit?

"It’s foremost due to the personalities of our managers whom allows us to behave in this way. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and use their own initiative to get things done.
There’s no method as such but we have, above all, an organisational model which encourages this behaviour as well as a light corporate structure (10 members of personnel) in relation to the 2700 employees around the world. This stimulates individual responsibility and autonomy and the need to make decisions by oneself."
